Berling Automatic Laminated Glass Cutting Machine - For PVB / EVA Laminated Glass Cutting
Berling's laminated glass cutting machine is a high-efficiency, fully automatic designed for cutting of PVB / EVA laminated glass. This advanced system integrates glass loading, transferring, straight cutting, heating, air flotation, and separation into one complete production line. It is equipped with dual-sided cutting (upper & lower knives) and far-infrared heating, with fully adjustable temperature and time settings.
Widely used in the architectural glass, automotive glass, and safety glass industries for cutting laminated glass with high accuracy and minimal waste.
Far-infrared heating tube automatically moves beneath the cutting line.
Heating and separation are precisely coordinated using a feedback encoder system.
Once the glass reaches the preset open distance, the rubberized blade activates and completes the film cutting.
Full automation ensures clean, accurate, and safe separation of laminated glass layers.
