When the film removal machine is connected to the production line for use, an operation switch is set on the operation screen, which is equipped with a continuous film removal switch. For small pieces of glass (with a length of less than 2000), the first piece is activated by stepping on the foot switch to start film removal. Once there is glass on the feeding rack, it will be automatically conveyed for film removal without the need to step on the foot switch again, thereby improving work efficiency and the service life of the foot switch.

The second piece of glass that has been de-coated will wait at the output end of the de-grinding machine. When a white piece of glass is transferred, the second piece of de-coated glass will be automatically transferred to the cleaning machine. After the first coated glass of the three-glass two-cavity outer laminated plate is completely transferred, the de-coated glass on the de-grinding machine will wait at the output end of the de-grinding machine. After the two pieces of white glass are conveyed, the second coated glass is automatically conveyed to enter the next working cycle.
