1.Furnace body
Adopts newest custom encryption composite board as its insulation layer,can improve the mechanical strength and thermal insulation performance.
2.Heating element
Adopts 304 stainless steel heating tube,have longer service life,heating fast and equally.
3.Heating writing
All the heating writing is connected outside the furnace ,can effectively avoid the thread damage caused by high temperature.
4.Turbo blower
Circulating heat glass,ensure the glass get uniform heat and improve the yield.
5.PLC Computer control system
Full automatic PLC control system,is very easy to operate,you only need set the parameter on the touch screen.
6.Vacuum pump
Vacuum pump connected buffer irrigation,the vacuum still could be ensure,even if suddenly power off.
7.Silicone bag
It`s 3 mm thickness,could stand high temperature to 180 degree.with high tear resistance,aging resistance,longer service life,can make sure the laminated glass in a high seal and vacuum rata in processing.
