Working principle:
1. Feeding table: Automatically takes the raw glass out from the glass rack, flips it to the horizontal plane, and automatically transports it to the edge grinding machine or other processing worktables.
2. Unloading table: Automatically senses and receives the glass conveyed from the edge grinding machine or other processing worktables, adsorbs and flips it for transportation, and then releases it onto the glass rack.
3. Equipment Composition:
Plc control device/drive device/vacuum adsorption device/trolley traveling device/flipping device/pressure stabilizing device.
Feature and function:
1.Mainly used for automatic unloading of glass after processing.
2.This machine has single/double stations to unload glass, four systems are connecting together,
could work together and separately.
3.Mitsubishi PLC, Delta servo system, the equipment is more stable, more efficient, labor-saving, safer, simple and
convenient to operate.
4.Unloading machine has auto counting function, also could set desired unloading quantity in system, it will stop
automatically after unloading to quantity.
