The washing and drying unit in insulating glass production line is specially engineered to provide high-efficiency cleaning and drying for various glass types, including Low-E and coated glass. Built with top-grade materials and advanced automation, this section ensures surface cleanliness while preserving the delicate coating integrity of energy-efficient glass.
Constructed with SUS 304 stainless steel, containing nickel but no iron - rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, and ideal for wet environments.
Equipped with three pairs of high-temperature nylon brushes:
Material: heat-resistant, soft, and anti-static nylon

Function: ensures no damage to Low-E coatings or other surface treatments
Each brush set is driven by three independent synchronous motors to ensure smooth, consistent, and stable operation.
Airtac pneumatic cylinders automatically adjust brush spacing based on glass thickness for optimal contact and cleaning force.
Cleaning capability: suitable for 3-12 mm glass thickness

Drying oven uses circulating air design for energy-efficient and fast air drying.
