Product Description

The whole process is controlled by Siemens PLC, and all parameters can be easily set through the touch screen; PID output ensures accurate temperature. The glass is transported to the furnace through a variable frequency motor; the operation is simple, just load the glass at the entrance section, the machine automatically completes all processing, and the finished glass will be transported to the unloading section.

Fully automatic operation. The operator only needs to load the assembled glass onto the loading platform and remove the finished glass from the unloading platform. The rest of the work is done automatically by the machine. It saves labor and has high production efficiency.
