This device is capable of double-sided and single-sided film lamination, with adjustable parameters. It can be manually operated on the HMI and provides real-time feedback. The fully intelligent touch screen HMI is compatible with the production line, and the vertical design improves space utilization. The operation has manual/automatic mode and pause function, and is protected by a secondary password. The layered film design reduces costs and integrates fault alarm and counting. The hob is automatically pressure-controlled to prevent scratches, and there is a hardware emergency stop during loading and unloading. The glass enters from the left and exits from the right. The HMI adjusts the edge distance to achieve three-sided cutting. The bottom edge is pre-configured. The control cabinet is equipped with a cooling fan for temperature control.
