APPLICATION FIELD
One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units. It can keep its plastic and sealing properties in a wide temperature range. Excellent adhesion properties on glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel. Minimum moisture vapour and gas permeation. Excellent temperature stability: - 30°C to 80°C.

BL002 Two Component Silicone Sealant
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures;suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate;place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

Precautions and precautions
1. The initial 20g of mixed glue may not have been fully mixed and is not recommended for use.
2. Glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the period of use.
3. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If not careful, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. If necessary, consult a doctor.
4. Avoid contact with children; Do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
5. Heavy workpieces to be bonded should be avoided from being moved before they are fully cured. If it is necessary to move them, measures should be taken to fix them.
6. Suggested operating conditions: Temperature 15 to 35 ° C, relative humidity 40% to 80%; If the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the curing speed of the corner glue will be slower. If they are higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
